The hotel has silent and good-sized rooms with music, a balcony and a private garden. The staff are absolutely friendly, managed the parking onsite...

The Beach facility for families is excellent; staff are helpful and accommodating where possible.
It is very expensive, even by 5 star standards, to buy soft drinks. If breakfast is not included in your room price, be aware that this is quite expensive as well.

First i did not like the reception staff.. when we arrived (me and my girlfriend) the man was very rude with us and we booked a 2person room but he said it is not possible that you stay in the same room you have to pay for another room for her and her was threatening us that if we go to each other rooms the security will come to us, and for the information there was one camera in each floor, and the hotel furniture was like 30 years old and the floor was a carpet floor and they don't clean it very well so we have to walk using socks on, and the wall was not sound proof and that was very bad when we wanted to go to sleep, and the hotel so far away from the city and they don't have a taxi office service so we had to call a friend of ours to get a taxi with reasonable rates to that miserable hotel we got stuck in for days... i wish i don't do this mistake and even drive my car in front of that hotel even by Coincidence.. by the way the reception man's name was Mohammed Mahmoud!!

Staff were very friendly. I liked the king size bed in the room - it was the most comfortable bed that i have ever slept on.
My room smelt like cigarette smoke and when i returned home after my stay, all my belongings stank like stale smoke. I am a non-smoker.

Location: the hotel was close to sightseeing areas and the airport, the JW Marriott and restaurants. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Flute Lobby Lounge that was only 25 minutes' walk away. My deluxe king guest room was luxurious, had an exceptionally comfortable bed.

Very nice gym. Good location relative to the airport.
Men's steam room and jacuzzi showing their age and therefore, they do not look clean. It would be nice if a hotel of this star rating had at least "X" amount of free internet use.

As a 5 star hotel the facilities are good in everything. It has big room, nice golf view, big hotel, very clean.
Using the internet in this hotel is not convenient at all. You have to pay a very high price. The location is quite far from city center.

Nice design with friendly staff and excellent choice in terms of hotel services, including restraurants, Gym, SPA, ....etc
Honestly nothing major to report. Couple of minor things though about the room cleaning and consumed items: I spent 8 nights at the hotel and every night the set-up of the room (bed, bathroom, remote controls... etc) the consumed shampoo and other daily use item was replenished erratically leaving me with no shampoo but with 3 bottles of shower gel or 10 large towels but no small ones and the next day it was the other way around :-) One other thing is that despite that the staff is very polite and courteous, they seem not to focus on the customer’s request, tending to say yes too quickly, before hearing the rest of the ask and failing to get what the customer asked for, on several occasions, despite the usage of Arabic and English to express myself, in case the language barrier might be an issue

Excellent hotel. Nice design, well trained and very attentive hotel staff. Nice pool area. Free Wifi everywhere. Hotel pickup perfectly arranged. Free minibus services provided to airport, City Star Mall and certain tourist destinations.
Hard to mention any negative points. Pehaps the location: hotel is very close to the airport but very far from city center. Considering the size and traffic of Cairo the location can be viewed positive or negative - depending on your destination.
